Recioto della Valpolicella, the great unknown

The Recioto della Valpolicella is a raisin wine of the Veneto DO. The process of its production includes sun drying of the grapes, to lose its moisture and thus increase the concentration of sugars in the grape-juice. This process is used in France, Spain, Greece and Cyprus,Austria and Germany or South Africa.
