Uvinum, share your passion for wine

Friday, 04 de September del 2009 on 16:22

Passion for wine has inspired us to create Uvinum. The 3 founders have succeeded in unifying our passion for wine with another passion: to be entrepreneurs. That in itself is a great start. A start that was hatched on 9 December 2008 thanks to a simple message on Facebook under the subject "project".

Now over 7 months since that day, Uvinum has grown step by step. Many meetings to define the whole project, to clarify our focus and positioning, improve our market knowledge to determine what we can do in the wine sector with success.

But what is Uvinum?
Uvinum's mission is to revolutionize the online wine market, bringing it to the consumers through social wine recommendations (from users & experts). Uvinum wants to recommend specific wines that best match each user wine profile, so we can always find the best product at the best price. Uvinum has the objective of being THE worldwide reference for wine recommendations, and to reach agreements with major online wine merchants so as always to offer the best prices.

Uvinum is an ambitious project that seeks to become the market leader in worldwide social recommendations. More information will be available soon about our launch and our services. So now I suggest you visit Uvinum UK or Uvinum US (the one that fits better with your needs), leave us your email and we’ll inform you of our next steps. You can also visit this blog to get the latest news.

And don’t forget: a glass of wine is a real pleasure. Taste, Share and Enjoy it!
